PRODUCT INFORMATION
Unique wrap-around style Lighthouse and Sailing Ship Bookends in polished aluminum. We have never seen a pair that works so unusually- these are "L" shaped so wrap around the side and front of the books. The bookends are the same exact shape but when wrapped the left and right sides show a different design--a lighthouse one side, and a sailboat on the other. These are cast aluminum highly polished to a chrome shine. From an old factory in Brooklyn NY. They were kept in barrels and have some signs of age.These are being sold by the pair. The bottom has a heavy felt board covering.These bookends are also weighted to work very well as bookends.. or door stops and are cast aluminum alloy. These were cast in the 1970s or 80'. Made in the USA.
